I cannot be found on Streamates even though i am signed in and online

So I am completely invisible on streamates- even though I am signed on and streaming live. My name does not come up in the search and I am not showing up in my age/area category. My traffic has been complete shit with only a few clients (bad ones) that come on dont talk and have a 2 minute show. I made 8 dollars in the past two days. I have contacted support. What is even going on?
