Payoneer "Rejected by the bank/credit card company"

Hey guys, I have a pretty serious problem. I had someone book a special tickling show that required a lot of effort to set up. He's done shows with me before, so he paid directly through payoneer. I waited until he had the payment confirmation number and the status of the payment said "payment processing" before going ahead with the show...now that the payment is processed it's saying that it's been rejected by the bank/credit card company....I've already provided the goods for this and I'm pretty upset. Is there ANY way to get my money?

Just ask the customer I would say. If he's a regular and since he hasn't paid yet, I don't think many customers would give you a hard time sending the money again.
