I had 1 my twt account banned, another 1 shadowbanned n now i run 3rd) Yet hope this last one will live longer lol ( still have less subscribers there but hope will increase the number of them, tho i dont use aggressive PR).
Well, for me twitter is promo service; i needed twt to register with only fans (they watch if u r real looking at you on twt page - same person, as additional verification); gift cards; i keep in touch with some custies via twt; engaged some to register on 2 my work sites via ref programme; im into fetishes n bdsm so also twt is used as a playground for some fantasies (exposing fetish, blackmail fantasy..). Twitter is the easiest way for this, but its not that adult friendly as it was 5 or more years ago.
Now its harder to promote myself n my stuff cuz of restrictions concerning adult content: u have to be careful with hashtags (dont use em, better just count one by one), careful with rt @ groups(i count rt or promo groups under the pic or short vid when press "to admit peoples on that photo/video"), careful with obscene language ( write c*ck, instead of 'cock', mindf'ck, sl*t n etc etc), in settings tick the mark that u have sensitive content, dont put in ur header the links to ur work sites (use special service like allmylinks or smth like that to get em all in one place), dont choose explicit pic for header picture n avatar. Be active, comment, retweet, like, take part in votes, some rt games, conversations etc - so algorithms of twt will consider u r real person. Its also a tricky thing with the sites which use autotweets (many of them use: SkyPrivate, content selling sites, nightflirt...). Instant autotweets make mess on the page, n from the other hand - it considers as spam n can cause to shadowban.

To sum it up: i still find it worthy for me. Its a part of my daily work routine i got used with it, n time showed twitter can bring some profits ( found shopping subs there, pick up some reimbursements for my expenses, some cashapp tributes. It didnt make me rich, but its pleasant so always welcome).
