What mean prepayment on skyprivate?

I read idk where to guys can manipulate with prepayment. I don't knew how but i read.
I work trought Boleynmodels and yesterday i earn of calls 24$, so 24$ is at same time sent on Boleyn.But for prePayments i don't know.Red flag in my head.

So if a guy sends you a prepaid payment he then calls his bank and the site has to refund. Do this only with members you trust.
