Desktop Notifications?

Just wondering if there is a way to turn on a setting to receive Desktop Notifications for my PC when a model comes online for MFC?
Other sites offer it, so I am sure MFC do, but I can't see how.

You can set it so it emails you, or plays a sound (when logged on):

My Account -> Model Notifications

-or-

Personal options -> Notifications
