skyprivate payment stopped

Did anyone ever had this on skyprivate ?
So started a show, the skyprivate button was green and saying : payment in progress.
I did a show for 45 minutes and only after that long time i started to wonder about the guy still paying, because he really was taking his time.
So i checked my email and i got a message there that the payment was already cut off after 2 minutes !! ?
It never showed on my skype itself. I did a real hardcore show those 45 minutes and I only got 2 minutes payed :-(
This is really awfull, I feel scammed. Skyprivate was going to investigate this further, I wonder if it will be resolved .
Anyone else ever had this ? I'm so upset right now..

Once I did a 30+ minutes show and the last 3 minutes were unpaid. It stopped and I was just waiting to the plugin sptopping the call - but it was late.
Other time I got the same issue but after 3 minutes the payment was correct.
So it stopped and worked again and the right payment was there equals the minutes I worked. Wierd.
I don't really care, lately it did not happen.
