What is the point of Skyprivate?

What is the point of Skyprivate? Is it just another camsite? If so why do you have to use your Skype?

I had held off on making a Skype account for security reasons. Many people on MFCs want Skype show I'm guessing to avoid the middle man, or to try and fuck me over with chargebacks. But recently I bought a VPN for protection, and plan on selling just my ID name on sites. Then charging with gift cards or something for shows outside of the camsite.

My point is... isn't using Skype for shows just a way to keep %100 of your earnings? Why would I need a camsite taking a percent?

So and so cause then you will be filled with gift cards and no physical money if you re doing already lots of indie shows. It s a good option indeed and preferences are different while some prefers actual money and other ones gift cards.
